How much does land clearing cost?

It depends on the acreage, how thick it is, what you want left standing, and what the ground needs to be ready for. That's why Mike looks at the job first and gives you a real estimate instead of a guess.

Do you put in culverts?

Yes. A lot of people don't know we do them. If your driveway or pad needs a culvert, we can handle it as part of the site prep.

Can you keep the big trees?

Yes. Forestry mulching clears the brush and small growth and leaves the trees you want to keep. Tell us which ones in the quiz.

How far do you travel?

We work within about 50 miles of Lake City and Gainesville. If you're a little outside that, send the request anyway and Mike will let you know.

Do you haul fill dirt?

We don't run dump trucks, so we don't sell or haul fill dirt by itself. We do the clearing, grading and site work.

Do I need to own the land?

We quote work for the property owner or a buyer under contract. If you're asking for someone else, have them reach out.
